ORDERS FOR INTERNET SERVICES ARE ACCEPTED EXPRESSLY ON THE CONDITION THAT, YOU (the "Client") ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, PLEASE DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH YOWSIE! ("the Company").
1. PAYMENT: Full payment for domain name registration, the provision of a web site and maintenance thereof for the agreed period must be made in advance unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing. The minimum period for registration and maintenance of a domain is one year. The fee for renewal is due before the date of expiry unless cancelled by the client at least 30 days before the end of the current period. Unless otherwise agreed, payment for new material, updates and revisions is due in advance of publication. Failure to pay within any agreed extended period may result in suspension of access TO THE ENTIRE WEB SITE.
2. DOMAIN TRANSFERS: Fees for inward transfers are negotiable but cannot take account of Registration Fees paid elsewhere. Charges quoted are for set-up and maintenance of the site throughout the agreed period (normally one year) and no refund will be made in respect of a request by the Client for transfer out or early termination. Provided all payments are up to date, the Company does not normally make a charge for releasing a domain for transfer.
3. PROPERTY: HTML mark-up, CGI scripts, other software and graphics created by us are © copyright and the sole property of Yowsie! They are offered for use on clients' web sites under license only and may not be copied or sold. Other copyright owner's rights over text and graphics supplied by or for the Client are respected and acknowledged on request. New material is not licensed for use on the Internet until paid for in full.
4. TECHNOLOGICAL CURRENCY: The contents of web sites are provided to perform with Internet software as described in the schedule below at the time of authoring. Changes to your web site to meet the requirements of other software are chargeable.
5. TECHNICAL INTEGRITY: For copyright and security reasons, the code comprising commercial sites is normally not accessible by anyone other than Yowsie!. The Company does not guarantee to accept scripts or subroutines or any coding provided by others and will charge for review and uploading. Substantial costs may involved when a Client requires the Company to "reverse engineer" and amend such items.
6. LIMITED WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMER: The Client agrees to accept any software and scripts "AS IS" and without any guarantee that it is error-free, will operate without failure, or is compatible with any other software or any equipment. The Client agrees to accept the Service "AS IS" and without any guarantee that it will operate without interruption or to any given standard. The Company specifically advises against the use of any software or reliance upon the Service in any circumstances where people or property or business could be at risk and therefore will accept no liability for any kind of damage occasioned by such use, including loss of income. The Company does not offer any software or Script as fit for any particular purpose.
7. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: In no event, except as determined by the over-riding Laws of England, will the Company be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from any claim by the Client.
8. NETWORK SERVICES: The Client agrees to be bound by any terms and conditions relating to the provision of services determined by the external providers of services to the Company. Details of those terms and conditions are available on request. The Client acknowledges and accepts that the provision, maintenance and reliability of Network Services provided to the Company by third parties are beyond the Company's control.
9. REGULATION: The Company reserves the right to determine limits on the use of any part of its Service by Clients and to levy additional charges when those limits are exceeded. Current limits are detailed in the schedule below.
10. PROPRIETY: The Client undertakes never knowingly to transmit or receive, cause to be transmitted or received or allow to be transmitted or received nor ever to include in any message or material sent for inclusion in any web site anything of an improper, immoral or illegal nature or anything the transmission or reception or retention of which is itself in breach of the Laws of England, including the laws of Copyright. Any breach of that undertaking is likely to result in the suspension of all access to the web site and the immediate and permanent deletion of any stored e-mail and other items.

Yowsie! currently limits each Client's Data Transfer to 1Gb per month unless otherwise specified.
Yowsie! validates new XHTML to World Wide Web Consortium specifications. Web sites are tested on Internet Explorer 8 and Firefox 3.5. While sites should work correctly on Internet Explorer 7 and many other browsers, Yowsie! does not support browsers which are not standards compliant.
