The introduction to this course included a reminder that this web site is for those who believe that "better business is more than profit". This course is not for those who see the customer as merely the target of the sale. It matters to us whether we are delivering a good product or service which is real value for money.
So, armed with the list of qualities you just made you need to apply The Outwith Principle and ask if YOU would buy from your own business! That question should have long-reaching implications for you.
It is very unlikely that you have come this far and now realise that you have nothing to offer to people! And if you think you are perfect and don't need to improve you will soon be left behind.
So most of us will answer "Yes, I would buy from myself because, even though x and y and z could be better, the a and b and c I offer are top notch." And there, in the last part of that sentence, are your "Key Qualities".
Now let's present them to the potential customer.
